CDL Bus Driver We are currently on the lookout for an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in El Paso, TX. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Provide exceptional passenger care by assisting boarding, ensuring comfortable rides, and facilitating timely disembarkation. Champion vehicle safety through pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications 21 years or older. Valid CDL A or B with Passenger Endorsement (required). Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical. Physical Requirements Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions. Work alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day) and walk long distances. Push or pull objects up to 30–45 pounds, and lift material up to 50 lbs with or without assistance. Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access equipment stored at ground level. Tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise. Drug‑free workplace Transdev maintains a drug‑free workplace.
