Dunkin' Restaurant Team MemberA Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities include:Follow brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsArriving during the hours of 3AM-4:30AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures.Prepare food and beveragesPrepare the business for opening each morning; this includes brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers.Bake bagelsFinish (meaning filling and frosting) donuts to be put on display for guests to purchaseAssemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment, service areas, and guest areasStock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasMust be available to arrive during the 3AM-4:30AM time periodMust be at least 16 years of ageStanding on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small spaceMust have reliable transportationFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
