Full-Time Registered Nurse Case Management Supervisor

Role Overview The Case Management RN Supervisor promotes patient-centered care by coordinating the care plan, managing length of stay, ensuring resource utilization, and developing safe discharge plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical care, mentor staff, monitor documentation and compliance, support daily operations, and implement performance improvement initiatives. Facilitate care transitions, support quality outcomes, and address complex cases by escalating barriers to care. Qualifications & Skills Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and 2 years in case management. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse. Certification in Case Management and InterQual or IQCI is advantageous.
