Liquor Store Clerk Day Shift

Family owned liquor store in a great Boulder County neighborhood in Lafayette is seeking a Cashier/Stocker and delivery driver. Your duties will include Customer Service as a Cashier and stocking of inventory on the floor Shelves and in the Cooler. You will also be occasionally required to deliver orders if you have a car (earning significant tips). We have both full-time and part-time positions. Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability is required (flexibility exists to have a work life balance). Ours is a friendly, fast-paced atmosphere focused on outstanding customer service. Store hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. We are looking for someone 21+ who can appreciate the great environment, awesome co-workers and a very friendly customer regulars. We are looking for the right person who has the following qualities:

• Previous retail cashiering experience (liquor preferred)
• Knowledge of Wine and Micro-brews preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and positive personality a must
• Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of your shifts
• Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Must be extremely accurate with counting and cash handling
• Must be able to work at a fast pace
• Work with little supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Packing and delivering delivery orders
• Receiving and maintaining accurate inventory
• Ability to guide customers to the right Wine, beer or alcohol
• Looking for longer term employment
• Stocking Coolers and Shelves

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
