Were looking for a Practice Support Associate to be a vital part of our clinical team and help provide top-notch service to our patients./ppIf youre organized, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a busy office environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference!/ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliBe the Friendly Voice: Answer phones and greet patients with a warm and helpful attitude./liliSchedule Appointments: Help keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments for patients./liliAssist with Physician Correspondence: Help manage communication between doctors and patients./liliPrepare Patient Charts: Ensure patient charts are ready for each visit, keeping everything organized and up-to-date./liliWork with Insurance Companies: Contact insurance providers to handle referrals and authorizations./liliAssist Patients: Help patients with a variety of tasks, ensuring they have the support they need./li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliA high school diploma or GED is required.
