Our private practice is seeking someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and ready to jump in and help. Your day may include:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Registering new patients and updating information
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating referrals with dental and medical offices
- Helping keep the day's schedule running smoothly
- Entering and maintaining accurate patient information
- Collecting and posting patient payments
- Answering patient questions about office policies and procedures
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Supporting your teammates wherever needed
