What you'll do: Approximately 200-300 prescriptions per weekday Strong relationships with patients and the local community A collaborative, team-first culture Experienced technicians who help keep workflow efficient Leadership that actively seeks employee feedback A commitment to continuously improving the employee experience and benefits What We're Looking For Qualifications Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD APhA Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Team-oriented mindset Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Previous pharmacy management experience is welcomed but not required.
