What You’ll Do

• Proactively generate and pursue commercial insurance leads
• Cultivate a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community connections
• Identify coverage gaps and risks, providing tailored solutions to protect clients' businesses
• Clearly explain policy options, coverage differences, and value to clients
• Gather all necessary documentation to prepare thorough and competitive submissions
• Partner with a dedicated Account Manager to handle service and renewals
• Maintain and grow relationships within your existing book of business
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager on marketing strategies and sales initiatives
• Participate in industry trainings, seminars, and networking events to stay informed and expand market knowledge

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• 2+ years of insurance sales or commercial lines experience
• Strong communication skills—you’re great at connecting with people
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor
