Pay: $24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills Job Description: This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you'll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within. Job Responsibilities: The following are expectations of our employees in this position: Deliver a quality roof using standardized work Solve problems as they occur Keep work area in 5S standard Safely perform standardized work Continuously improve the process Be at the job every scheduled day. Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible What we look for in new team members: 3+ years experience in commercial and industrial roofing An understanding of commercial roofing including architectural sheet metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, and modified applications, willing to train Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must Ability to communicate verbally and written Valid Driver’s License is a must Centerpoint knowledge is a plus Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below: Medical and dental insurance available for full-time positions An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer E-Verify Company Veterans Encouraged
