Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Manager, Software Development and Integrations is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions and system integrations across the organization. This working manager leads a team of developers while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical problem-solving. The role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient integration between internal and external systems that support business operations and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of software developers. Actively design, develop, test, and maintain application code and system integrations. Oversee integration architecture between internal platforms, third-party systems, and external partners. Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, source control, and documentation protocols. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation. Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and data security. Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience (or more) including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in software development and system integrations. Prior experience leading or managing development teams. Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and integration frameworks (e.g., C#, React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL). Experience with APIs, data exchange protocols, and enterprise system architecture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
