Similar to a cardiac/neuro telemetry unit, our nurses provide specialized care while maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and exceptional care. Our tiered acuity model gives nurses the opportunity to build advanced clinical skills by caring for patients requiring therapies such as BiPAP, Optiflow, cardiac infusions, and insulin drips. They assess the patient’s condition, perform diagnostic tests, begin treatments and assist doctors with any required medical procedures.
