As a member of our produce team, you’ll ensure availability, cleanliness, and freshness of produce, making key decisions about quality while providing front‑line customer service and enhancing the shopping experience. What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates, provide customer service, and be flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to produce quality, prepare products (trim, crisp, package, scale) to standards, maintain safety and sanitation, and comply with laws and company policies. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, use inventory techniques, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and assist customers per company procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, execute basics at highest level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; use Open Door Policy; execute business processes. Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and coworkers; prioritize, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and learn from change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
