Job Title: Logistics Coordinator



Location: Lenoir, NC



Pay rate: $24-26/HR

Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize site materials
- Manage a team of receiving associates and provide guidance and support
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
- Implement and maintain processes for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team to maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area


Experience:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse roles
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Familiarity with materials handling equipment and techniques
- Knowledge of distribution center operations and logistics processes
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and data analysis
