Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience providing HR administrative support
• General knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
• Experience supporting employee records and HR documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
• HRIS experience preferred

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Human Resources Admin on a contract basis for our client in Phoenix. This position will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function, assist employees with routine questions, and help maintain accurate personnel information and documentation. The ideal candidate has at least three years of HR administrative experience and a solid understanding of general HR practices.

Industry: Franchise Operations

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee information, personnel records, and HR documentation
• Assist with new hire and employee separation processes, including required paperwork and coordination
• Respond to routine employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support payroll administration by reviewing timekeeping information and assisting with employee data updates
• Assist with benefits-related administrative tasks and enrollment updates
• Prepare routine HR reports and maintain accurate HR records
• Monitor employee information and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team as needed
