Practice Highlights
- Adult cardiac only. Cases consist of CABG, aortic replacement, valve repairs/replacements; no transplant.
- Adult cardiac cases are performed by a dedicated group of specialty-trained anesthesiologists. Cases are physician only.
- Approximately 40% cardiac/60% non-cardiac case coverage
- Cardiac call is 1:6 home pager call with infrequent call backs. Post-call day off. No in-house call.
- Anesthesia Care Team Model practice with CRNA medical direction for non-cardiac cases.
- New operating rooms, endovascular hybrid operating rooms, and state of the art interventional/electrophysiology procedure rooms
- Work with a close-knit group of collaborative cardiac, general and pediatric anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and support staff who respect one another’s skillsets, experience and contributions to patient care
- Enjoy a challenging and diverse mix of non-cardiac cases including general surgery, trauma, ortho trauma, vascular, bariatrics, thoracic, pediatrics, ENT, urology, GYN, neurosurgery, electrophysiology, endoscopy, labor and delivery
Compensation Information
- $635,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
- The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
