Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking our services. This role is perfect if you thrive in a people-centered environment, want to build valuable administrative and client service skills, and are motivated by making a real difference every day. What You’ll Do Greet and assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments and collect co-pays Maintain accurate client records and update electronic systems Conduct Urine Analysis (UA) on substance use clients Support providers with documentation, co-pay collection, and appointment tracking Handle office tasks like supply orders, mail, billing, and cleanliness Provide occasional coverage at other locations as needed What You’ll Bring Friendly, professional communication and a commitment to excellent customer service Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort with technology Respect for diverse communities and a trauma-informed mindset Willingness to jump in and support wherever needed Why You'll Love Working with Us Purpose-Driven Work: Support individuals and families by being the first point of contact in a caring, respectful environment.
