Commercial Loan Officer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Responsible for originating and advancing commercial lending opportunities, the full-time Commercial Loan Officer will work remotely, managing referral relationships, guiding borrowers through the lending process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient deal execution. Key responsibilities Generate, evaluate, and structure commercial loan opportunities, including CRE, term loans, and SBA products Perform financial analysis and pre-screening to assess creditworthiness and deal viability Coordinate with internal teams to efficiently manage the loan process from origination through closing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending Strong understanding of commercial loan products, credit analysis, and underwriting fundamentals Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally Effective sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals Virtual Vocations Inc
