LPN (LTC)Tryfacta is seeking an LPN (LTC) for our client in Eagle Butte, SD, 57625. This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Eagle Butte, SD, 57625Duration: 13 weeksWork Schedule: Variable Days | 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM (12-Hour Shifts)Job ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.Follow infection prevention and control protocols.Respond promptly to resident needs and medical emergencies while promoting a safe and compassionate environment.RequirementsActive LPN licenseLong-Term Care experience preferredCurrent BLS certificationAbility to work independently in a rural healthcare settingStrong clinical, communication, and documentation skillsHousing & Traveler PerksFREE facility-provided one-bedroom apartmentApartment includes stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, TV, and Wi-FiFree access to on-site washer and dryer (traveler supplies detergent)Meals available for only $2.50 each (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)Crockpots and air fryers permittedTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
