Diabetes Educator (RN/RD) — Outpatient Endocrinology

Advocate Health's Ambulatory and Outpatient Diabetes Education team is seeking a RN/RD to coordinate and deliver patient-centered diabetes education in an ambulatory setting. You will educate outpatient diabetes patients, liaise with families and staff, and support education programs across the continuum. The role requires a degree in Nutrition (RD) or RN license, CDCES certification, and experience with diabetes care, including insulin pump therapy.
