Graphic DesignerRainbow Companies is seeking a talented designer to join our Creative Services team. This position may be filled at either the Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer level based on the selected candidate's experience, portfolio, and demonstrated capabilities. You will work closely with our in-house creative services and marketing strategy teams to produce compelling visual campaigns that support business objectives across all Rainbow divisions. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with a compelling portfolio, a customer-centered design approach, and the ability to translate business objectives into engaging creative solutions. Senior-level candidates may also bring experience leading projects from concept through execution and providing creative guidance to others.Core Responsibilities:Create print and digital marketing materials including catalogs, advertising, social media graphics, sales collateral, trade show materials, and digital campaignsDevelop compelling visual storytelling solutions for both B2B and B2C audiencesCollaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and stakeholdersEnsure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and business objectivesManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standardsCoordinate print production and vendor relationshipsStay informed on industry trends and emerging technologiesSenior-Level Responsibilities:Lead creative development of integrated marketing campaignsProvide creative direction and constructive feedback to team membersAssist with art direction for photography and video projectsHelp establish design standards and improve creative processesServe as a creative mentor and resource within the departmentRequired Qualifications (all candidates):5+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience creating designs for both print and digital channelsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPortfolio demonstrating strong design capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and LightroomExperience with project management software (Asana preferred)WordPress or other CMS experienceEmail marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred)E-commerce platform experienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related fieldExperience with social media and digital advertising assetsAdditional Qualifications for Senior-Level Consideration:10+ years of professional graphic design experienceExperience leading projects from concept through executionDemonstrated ability to provide creative direction, mentorship, or project leadershipAdvanced understanding of branding, visual identity systems, typography, and campaign developmentExperience presenting concepts and recommendations to stakeholdersWhat We Offer:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)80 hours of PTO, 4 Floating Holidays and 8 Paid HolidaysFull Range of Benefits available, including Medical, Vision, Dental, Disability, & Life Insurance401K Contribution Option with Company MatchCompensation: $62,000–$85,000 annually.
