This position works closely with Branch Operations and the court system utilizing professionalism, patience, curiosity, a results-orientation, to perform responsibilities. Principal Accountabilities and Key ActivitiesProcess and file suits in various state courtsPrepares and processes documents for filing legal action through the court systemConducts follow-up communication with court system on progress of action filedResolve issues with court system for documents improperly filedObtains contact information for us in collections and recovery effortsPerforms a wide variety of clerical dutiesEducation, Qualifications and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentServing our customers by working onsite at the Recovery Centers location(s) is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances)Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgmentAdvanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settingsAbility to maintain confidential business and personal informationAction and result focusedStrong communication skills (verbal / written)Proficient with MS Office Suite productsMust possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile1st Franklin Financial Corporation has been a family run company for over 80 years.
