Your desire and commitment to your craft put you on as many briefs as possible. You are a design apprentice with natural visual ability. You are an active participant on projects and have a strong desire to learn the design process. You are developing an understanding of how brands show up across social and digital platforms while learning to create work that resonates with audiences. You are beginning to explore AI-powered creative tools as part of your design process, using them to enhance learning, ideation, and efficiency. You care about learning from the talent that surrounds you to develop your craft.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute design tasks and projects as assigned
• Collaborate with team members and learn from senior designers
• Maintain attention to detail and meet project deadlines
• Develop proficiency in design software and tools
• Seek feedback and actively work on skill improvement
• Learn AI-enabled design tools while maintaining quality and brand consistency

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
