Job Responsibilities Handle inbound calls covering hardware issues, software requests, and general IT support Communicate with users through phone and chat Work alongside virtual agents to resolve tickets Create and maintain knowledge articles Support end users remotely and in person Skills/Requirements Foundational IT knowledge and hands-on help desk or service desk experience Strong communicator who is clear, professional, and team-oriented Curious and proactive, always looking to learn and understand the full picture Comfortable working in Microsoft Suite; exposure to Atlassian tools, JSM, Zoom Contact Center, or Exchange is a plus Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities Additional Information This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based in Miami, FL. This is a 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of renewal.
