About the Position Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location, maximizing profitability through sales, inventory, expenses, personnel, and operating cost controls. They implement and manage sales programs, direct technicians and mechanics to complete vehicle repair and maintenance, communicate with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Using a digital dashboard, Store Managers track personal success and weekly earnings, leading by example to reinforce Midas's position as a premier tire and auto service retailer. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of retail store management experience, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience. At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
