Quality Analyst

Supporting quality assurance efforts for client benefit implementations and changes, the full-time Quality Analyst will conduct testing, identify issues, and facilitate continuous process improvement in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Follow QA testing procedures to complete testing scenarios for new client benefit implementations and existing client benefit audits Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze test data results and collaborate internally to resolve complex issues Document detailed test results and identify opportunities for process improvement while managing day-to-day work in project management software Required qualifications 2+ years of experience handling pharmacy claims Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Access Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction Prior experience in professional communication and relationship management Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
