The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and material flow support for critical production operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse, inventory, and material flow operations within the facilityEnsure material availability to meet customer production requirementsManage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, and process complianceLead warehouse supervisors and hourly associates to achieve operational objectivesMonitor KPIs related to inventory, productivity, quality, safety, and customer serviceDevelop and implement process improvements focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and operational performanceCoordinate inbound and outbound material movement to support customer schedulesEnsure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and safety standardsAnalyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvementManage labor planning, staffing levels, and workforce developmentConduct employee coaching, training, performance management, and succession planningPartner with customer representatives to resolve operational issues and maintain strong relationshipsPrepare and present operational reports to senior leadershipSupport budget management, cost controls, and financial performance objectivesQualifications5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain operationsPrevious experience managing inventory, materials, logistics, or warehouse operationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and material flow processesExperience leading large teams in a fast-paced operational environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systemsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Logistics Holdings Inc.
