Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Crescent Electric Supply Company, you will oversee branch operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure profitable performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit, lead, motivate, and train branch team. Meet or exceed total sales and net income targets. Oversee overall branch operations and growth, including inventory management and asset safeguarding. Direct and coordinate sales efforts within the assigned branch. Assist District Manager with annual business plan. Support account development and make support calls to customers as needed. Implement and enforce Business System standard processes at the branch. Maintain competitive pricing profiles while achieving margin and profit goals. Supervise all branch functions, including purchasing, pricing, quotations, contract review, and warehouse activities. Conduct hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee discipline in accordance with policies. Recommend merit wage increases per company policy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of related experience and/or training. Comprehensive computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience implementing sales strategies and managing income statements and balance sheets (profit and loss). Valid Driver’s License. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50lbs, and travel as required. Physical Demands Occasional standing; frequent walking and sitting; use of hands and fingers; reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; lifting up to 50lbs; travel through assigned territory, including overnight stays; vision requirements for driving (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception).
