TO WHOM RESPONSIBLE: Building Administrator SALARY: Salary based on experience and education level per TCBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation. Strong academic background. Exhibits a practical knowledge and understanding of childhood developmental needs. Exhibits an understanding of principles needed to obtain positive classroom student behavior. Demonstrates skills in writing and speaking. Knowledge and/or experience in working with computers. Roles Exhibits the following roles: Bases instruction on adopted curricula for the school. Follows established school discipline procedures which include the WV Student Code of Conduct. Implements lesson plans. Follows grading policies and regulations. Communicates student progress according to established procedures and policies. Adheres to established laws, policies, rules and regulations.
