ICU Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers. Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Preferred: ICU experience and BSN degree.
