We empower Hospitality & Tunnel Team Members to find ways to make each customer's day.Duties & Responsibilities:HospitalityWork the point of saleGreet and check-in carwash guestsSell carwashes, memberships and merchandise to customersExplain the differences between offerings to customersVisually inspect cars before they enter the carwashBe attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkersComplete daily checklists to keep our facility clean and organizedTunnelScrub and pre-wash cars before they enter the carwash tunnelVisually inspect cars before they enter the carwash tunnelGuide cars onto the carwash conveyorMake sure customers put cars in neutral, turn windshield wipers off, take foot off the brake and take hands off the steering wheel once car is loaded on the conveyorBe attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkersBe polite and available to address any customer concerns in a professional mannerGive customers information about carwash packages and club membershipsComplete daily checklists to keep our carwash facility cleanRequired Experience, Education, & Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to think on your feet and react to customer preferencesAvailability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business needsAbility to work outdoors on your feet for several hours at a timeAbout Highland Park Car Wash:We're believers that the magic of the carwash lives in the details.
