Retirement Benefits Administrator

Sunkist Growers is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and employee-focused professional to join our team as a Retirement Benefits Administrator. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about retirement plan administration, employee support, compliance, and delivering a high level of service to participants and stakeholders. Responsibilities Administer retirement benefit programs, including 401(k) and pension plans Serve as a primary point of contact for active employees, retirees, and beneficiaries Conduct retirement consultations and explain plan provisions and distribution options Coordinate with trustees, auditors, actuaries, recordkeepers, and external vendors Support retirement plan audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory initiatives Prepare participant communications, notices, and benefit correspondence Reconcile retirement benefit distributions and maintain accurate participant records Partner closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and affiliated business units Assist with process improvements and ongoing retirement plan projects Qualifications Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Knowledge of retirement plan administration and ERISA regulations preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred QKA or Certified Benefits Professional certification is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
