Security Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated Security Administrator to join their team. As a Security Administrator, you will be an essential part of the Security Department supporting internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Fairfax, VA

What's the Job?

• Manage and monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees entering the secure facility.
• Issue and manage corporate photo identification badges and access privileges for various personnel.
• Coordinate badge requests, process access requests, and maintain accurate records for security compliance.
• Respond to emergencies, document incidents, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure safety and security.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to work reliably in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
