Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop People Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team Build future leaders through hands-on development Create a positive, high-energy work environment Operations Management Oversee daily restaurant operations (24/7 environment) Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Maintain speed of service and customer satisfaction Manage labor, food cost, and controllable expenses Drive sales and maximize profitability Analyze reports and adjust operations accordingly Customer Experience Deliver a consistent, welcoming experience for every guest Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Build relationships with the local community Leadership Presence Lead by example—working alongside your team Maintain accountability and high standards Be adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and people development skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment High level of accountability and work ethic Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, holidays) Prior restaurant or retail management experience preferred (but not required—we train leaders) #J-18808-Ljbffr Waffle House, Inc.
