Role Description The Part Time Content Creator will develop engaging photo, video, and written content that showcases The Nash Collection’s products, brand story, and Nashville lifestyle. This is a full-time role based on-site in Nashville, TN, supporting daily social media posts, website updates, and content for marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include planning and executing content shoots in and around the store, capturing and editing visual assets, writing captions and short-form copy, and aligning all content with brand guidelines. The role collaborates closely with the marketing and retail teams to highlight new collections, in-store events, and community initiatives, while monitoring performance metrics and suggesting improvements to increase engagement. This position requires consistent on-site presence to understand in-store experiences and translate them into compelling digital storytelling.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and basic graphic design.
- Candidates should possess skills in writing short-form copy, crafting social media captions, and creating brand-aligned storytelling.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic editing tools and software for photos and videos (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Candidates should possess skills in collaboration and communication, working effectively with marketing, retail staff, and leadership.
- Familiarity with fashion, retail, or lifestyle branding and a strong interest in Nashville culture are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, including some evenings or weekends for events or special campaigns.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, or marketing is preferred;
education in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
