We are looking for a Design Engineer/Hardware Engineer. Please let me know, if interested.

Title: Design Engineer/Hardware Engineer
Location: Houston, TX 77032 (On-Site)
Contract- W2 or C2C both are ok

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hardware design & development of Downhole electronic instruments
• Selection & Cross verification of instruments (Ex-capacitor, resistor, inductors, RTD, Oscillators)
• Selection & Circuit design of Ac, amplifiers motors
• Hardware design & Development of SMPS up to 300w
• Good knowledge in Transformer, rectifier, regulator circuit design for SMPS
• Good knowledge in calculating power factor of SMPS.
• High voltage PD panel component selection, Design (up to 600v)
• High temperature electronics component selection and trouble shoot (ex- Transducer, RTD, Temperature sensor)
• Identification and verification of temperature sensor (ex-J-type, K-type)
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Circuit design with E-plan, Auto cad, Sloid works.
• BOM preparation.
• Documentation Of instruments
