Shift Manager – Dairy Queen Key Responsibilities & Skills Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient, smooth store operations Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns and complaints Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and maintain a positive work culture Oversee opening and closing procedures , including accurate cash handling and shift reporting Monitor inventory levels Be proficient at decorating cakes and learn cake procedures.
