This contract position serves elementary-age students in a resource room setting, working with a manageable caseload and a collaborative team. With both onsite and virtual (VOCO) options, you can tailor your work style while making a lasting impact.

In this role, you’ll provide speech and language services to a diverse group of 40–50 students, helping each child achieve their fullest potential from now through June 2027. A consistent weekly schedule of 32.5 hours allows you to focus on delivering high-quality interventions and forging meaningful connections.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
• Current Washington SLP License in good standing
• Completion of fingerprinting process through OSPI
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior school-based SLP experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement speech/language therapy services for assigned students
• Develop and update IEP goals for your caseload, tracking progress consistently
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in both group and individual formats
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough documentation on progress
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment onsite or virtually
