We are seeking skilled individuals with experience in welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and metalworking who are looking for long-term career opportunities within growing manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Flux Core, TIG, or Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts according to specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, cutting torches, and other power tools
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Perform structural, production, or manufacturing welding as required
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous welding or fabrication experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Experience with MIG welding preferred
• Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or production environments
• Ability to pass a weld test if required
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to pass a weld test if required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Panama City, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Panama City,FL.
