Managing the company's commercial account vendor and marketplace portals, the full-time hourly Commercial Operations Portal Specialist will serve as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate handling of orders, inquiries, and shipments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and monitor commercial account vendor and marketplace portals for order accuracy and compliance Process vendor portal inquiries and maintain accurate documentation of orders and communications Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support order entry during peak times Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields Experience in high-volume, detail-oriented environments with productivity expectations Familiarity with commercial account vendor or e-commerce portals preferred Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or similar business systems preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
