Our commitment is to deliver exceptional, personalized care. We aim to help each patient live the fullest, most rewarding life possible. We work closely with caregivers and families to ensure everyone receives the support they need. The rehabilitation facility is an 80-bed inpatient center for acute rehabilitation. We offer rehabilitation programs for various illnesses, injuries, and conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, and amputation. Our services include traditional physical, occupational, and speech therapies, along with specialty rehabilitation programs. In many cases, we are the only provider in the region offering these services. Patient ratios are 5-6. CNAs are available on all shifts. We have 11 hours of unit secretary support. Type of equipment includes IV Pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts and transfer equipment, and life vests. The documentation system used is Meditech. We do not float staff; all units are interchangeable and connected. Med surge and rehab experience are a plus. Certifications required include BLS. Dress code is navy scrubs with white tops. The facility is attractive with friendly staff. It is located in a beautiful mountainous area. There are plenty of activities to enjoy during free time. This position is a replacement for a contractor.
