A prominent AV-rated Tampa firm is seeking an attorney for its Corporate M&A and Private Equity practice. The team has high expectations, and a real commitment to helping you grow personally and professionally.

• Take front-line deal involvement in M&A and private equity transactions
\n
• Work with recognized private equity and venture capital firms, as well as local and national companies and lenders
\n
• Learn within a team known for strong mentoring
\n

Required qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Corporate M&A or private equity work
\n
• Excellent academic credentials
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Significant mergers and acquisitions transaction experience
\n
• Strong work ethic
\n
• Comparable law firm experience
\n

Position details

• Location: Tampa, Florida. In-person or hybrid is preferred, but the firm is open to a remote model for the right candidate
\n
• Full-time
\n
• Equity partner opportunity, plus excellent compensation and benefits
\n
• Salary of $175,000 – $300,000+ with bonuses
\n
