Always Compassionate Home Care is in need of certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide (HHA/PCA) to work cases!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meets health state requirements
• Recent physical
• 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test
• Three References (Professional)
• Positive and compassionate attitude

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read patient's care plan
• Observes and monitors changes in patient condition
• Maintain healthful, safe environment.
• Provide nutritional and environmental support.
• Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
• Provide medication reminders
