Senior Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant for an established U.S. manufacturer specializing in high-end electro-optical aiming systems and precision components for the defense and sporting optics industries. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity requiring hands-on full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experience. The Senior Accountant will also oversee a Staff Accountant, so prior leadership or mentoring experience is preferred. Responsibilities Full-cycle accounting and month-end close Journal entries, reconciliations, prepaids, and fixed assets Financial reporting and annual operating planning Cash and working capital management ERP maintenance and process improvement Qualifications 6+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong GAAP, ERP, Excel, and reporting skills Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented Manufacturing industry experience preferred What’s In It for You Competitive salary up to $120,000+ Annual performance bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance Paid time off and company holidays Extended paid holiday shutdown around Christmas and New Year’s #J-18808-Ljbffr ThinkingAhead Executive Search
