TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel As a Cath Lab RN, you will work with a highly skilled medical team in a cardiovascular surgical environment, assisting physicians with maintenance and monitoring of EKG equipment and procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology. Tasks Learn complex technologies effectively. Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization for diagnosis or treatment. Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties, and stent placements. Help implant pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs). Cath Lab Travel Nurses must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and may need to lift up to 50 pounds when moving patients. They must cope with a fast-paced environment and maintain good stress‑management skills while interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Qualifications ACLS, BLS, 3 Years of experience Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
