Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential
Schedule: Every Other Sunday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Location: Oak Grove & Surrounding Communities
Home Office: Anoka, MN

Comfort Keepers is looking for a compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregiver to support a client in the Oak Grove area.

This position is a great fit for someone looking for a reliable weekend shift while keeping their weekdays open. You'll provide one-on-one, non-medical support that helps clients remain comfortable, engaged, and independent at home.

Every Other Sunday | 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Additional hours may be available for caregivers interested in picking up extra shifts.

What You'll Do

You'll provide personalized, non-medical assistance that helps clients maintain their daily routines and independence. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and social engagement

• Assisting with personal care

• Preparing meals

• Helping with mobility and transfers

• Providing medication reminders

• Performing light housekeeping

• Running errands and providing transportation

• Encouraging participation in everyday activities

Our interactive approach to caregiving focuses on helping clients remain involved in their daily routines rather than simply doing tasks for them. The goal is to promote confidence, engagement, and independence.

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.

We're looking for someone who is:

• At least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Willing to learn and follow care instructions

• Able to communicate effectively

• Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.
