Turf & Ornamental Sales Representative - Philadelphia Metro Location: North Brunswick, NJ, USA, 8902 What You'll Do: Plan and develop customer turf and ornamental plans, including fertilizer, seed, disease, pest, and water management program portfolios Responsible to the Turf & Ornamental Sales Manager Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans Make safety a daily priority Other duties as required What You'll Bring: 2+ years’ experience in Turf, Ornamental, Plant Health Care, Chemicals and Fertilizer 2 or 4 year degree in related field is preferred Demonstrated leadership experience in Turf and Ornamental or a combination of education and work experience Valid Driver’s License Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role in North Brunswick, NJ, is between $90,000 - $130,000/annually. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
