Position Overview As the Growth & Operations Lead, you will have unrivaled access to executive leadership, playing a critical role in supporting all aspects of business operations, strategic planning, and execution. The Growth & Operations Lead will act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and are aligned with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist the executive team in developing and executing the company’s strategic initiatives. This includes leading new store openings and being point person with various third parties. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and various stakeholders, including key employees, advisors, investors, vendors and other third‑party relationships. Ensure clear and effective communication of the executive team's vision and priorities. Confidential Support: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism given the unfiltered access to executive leadership. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for executive meetings. Attend meetings with the executive team and track action items and follow‑ups. Research and Data Analysis: Analyze business performance data and provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive growth and profitability. Special Projects: Take on special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team, providing leadership and support to ensure successful outcomes. Qualifications Experience: 2‑5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, private equity, startups, or technology. Skills: Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly analytical with problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Personal Attributes: Operate with integrity and professionalism. Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any assignment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
