Summary We are seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Crush Yard. In this role, you will play an essential part in preparing high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your contributions will help create memorable dining experiences in our lively restaurant setting. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Crush Yard standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Assist in menu planning and development with the Executive Chef. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
