Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment that supports our mission and values.
• Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and improve overall care.
• Staff Development: Identify training and development needs, create employee development plans, and provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Patient Care: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care, addressing patient needs, and resolving patient concerns.
• Budgeting and Resource Management: Manage facility budgets, optimize resource utilization, and make informed decisions to ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

• Strong background in nursing administration, or a related field

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

• Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week

• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
