We are looking for an experienced, passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team! • Perform high-quality, advanced esthetic treatments tailored to individual client skin concerns and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consult with clients to design customized short-term and long-term treatment plans.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of medical-grade skincare products—specifically utilizing SkinCeuticals protocols—and confidently make home-care recommendations to enhance treatment results.
• Oversee meticulous inventory management , ensuring treatment rooms are perfectly stocked, backbar products are tracked, and retail shelves are beautifully maintained.
• Participate actively in all required continuing education modules, advanced technique workshops, and brand-specific training sessions.
• Collaborate closely with our medical injectors and clinical staff to ensure a seamless, comprehensive care plan for patients.
• Deliver top-tier client care, building strong, long-lasting relationships rooted in trust and professionalism.
• Maintain flawless treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in strict compliance with California state regulations.

• License: Must hold a valid, active California Esthetician License.
• Experience: A MINIMUM of 3+ years of hands-on experience working as an esthetician (preferably in a medical spa or clinical setting).
• Product Training: Prior experience or formal training with SkinCeuticals products and protocols is highly preferred.
• Passion & Growth: A genuine passion for advanced skincare, absolute professionalism, and a strong commitment to continuing education to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail with proven experience handling inventory management and tracking spa supplies.
• Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record of meeting retail product and treatment package goals.
• Flexibility to work weekend or evening shifts as required by the business schedule.
